Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wall — a social platform available as a Telegram Mini App at wall.tg (also at app.wall.lu), the Telegram bot @wall, and the website wall.lu (collectively, the "Service").
The Service runs inside Telegram. In addition to these Terms, your use of the Service is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service, the Telegram Bot Developer Terms, and where relevant the Telegram Stars Terms. Where Telegram's rules are stricter than ours, Telegram's rules apply.
By opening the Mini App, using the bot, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Telegram in your country, whichever is higher.
- You must have a valid Telegram account and comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.
- If you are under the age of majority in your country, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
- You must not be a person, entity, or resident of a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the EU, UN, or another competent authority.
2. Your Account
- Your Wall account is linked to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for all activity under it.
- You must not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or transfer or sell your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Telegram's rules, or applicable law.
3. User Content
3.1. Ownership and license
You retain ownership of the content you create (posts, comments, graffiti, messages). By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt the format of, translate, and cache it as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service and to comply with Telegram's platform requirements. This license ends when you delete the content, except where retention is required for legal, safety, or backup reasons, or where the content has been sealed on a public blockchain (where on-chain copies are inherently permanent).
3.2. Content rules
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by our Content Policy or by Telegram's Terms of Service.
3.3. Moderation
We may remove, hide, restrict the visibility of, or attach informational labels to any content that violates these Terms, our Content Policy, Telegram's rules, or applicable law. Anonymous posts are subject to the same rules and remain attributable for moderation purposes.
4. Payments and Purchases
4.1. Payment methods
The primary payment method inside the Service is Telegram Stars, a virtual currency operated by Telegram under the Telegram Stars Terms. Additional payment methods may be offered through third-party payment providers integrated with Telegram. Those providers are subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or operation.
4.2. What you can purchase
- Premium and Ultra subscriptions (enhanced features for a fixed period)
- Paid posts and paid direct messages set by their authors
- Virtual gifts and tips sent to other users
- Additional quota for optional features (such as AI generation)
- Sealing a post on the TON blockchain (a "chain post")
- Custom referral slugs and other administrative features
4.3. Refunds and EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and UK equivalent). However, by buying digital content that is delivered or starts performing immediately (such as Telegram Stars top-ups, tips, gifts, unlocking paid posts, or sealing a chain post) and by confirming the purchase in the app, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop auto-renewal; the current billing period is not refundable.
How refunds work. Wall does not process payments directly: payments flow through Telegram and through the third-party payment providers integrated with Telegram. Refund requests are initiated and decided by you with the relevant payment provider (Telegram's Stars support flow, your bank or card issuer, or the crypto-payment provider that processed the charge). Wall does not adjudicate whether a refund is granted; that decision rests with the provider under its own rules and consumer law. When the provider notifies us that a refund has been issued for a transaction, we automatically reverse the corresponding in-app effects (granted Premium days, unlocked post access, tips delivered, referral bonuses accrued, etc.) and adjust balances accordingly.
- Telegram Stars: use Telegram's native Stars support flow. Once Telegram confirms the refund to us, the corresponding entitlements and balances are automatically rolled back.
- Third-party payment providers: contact the provider that processed the charge (your bank or card issuer for fiat, the crypto-payment service for crypto). On provider notification of a refund, the corresponding in-app entitlements are reversed.
- Subscriptions: you can disable auto-renewal at any time in the app or in Telegram's native subscription management screen. The current billing period is not refunded by Wall — any refund of the period itself is a matter between you and the payment provider.
- Tips, gifts, and chain posts: these are voluntary actions that consume irreversible on-chain or provider-side resources. Wall does not initiate refunds for them; if the underlying payment is reversed by the provider, the in-app effect is rolled back where technically possible.
For technical errors clearly attributable to Wall (e.g. a custom referral slug becoming unavailable between payment and delivery), we may auto-issue or facilitate a Telegram-side refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4.4. Creator earnings and withdrawals
Creators can earn from paid posts, tips, and referral bonuses. Balances, commission rates, supported withdrawal methods, and minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the app and may change over time as we adjust the economy and add new providers. Earnings may be withheld or reversed in cases of fraud, abuse, refund of the underlying payment, or chargeback. You are solely responsible for any taxes due on amounts you earn through the Service.
5. Premium Features
Premium and Ultra subscriptions unlock additional features. The exact list of features may change over time. Subscriptions renew automatically through Telegram Stars unless you disable renewal in the app or in Telegram before the next billing cycle. We will not materially reduce a benefit you have already paid for during a billing cycle without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Service, its code, design, and branding are owned by us and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse-engineered, except as permitted by applicable law.
- User content remains the property of its author, subject to the license in Section 3.1.
- Copyright complaints and takedown procedures are described in our Content & DMCA Policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation against the Service, except through interfaces we explicitly offer for that purpose
- Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, payment flows, or access controls
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest user data
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
- Create fake accounts or manipulate engagement metrics
- Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illicit financial activity
- Abuse referral, promotional, or earnings systems through self-dealing or circular schemes
8. TON Blockchain Features
The Service integrates with the TON blockchain for wallet verification and chain posts. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We do not custody your wallet or private keys and are not responsible for losses resulting from user error, network conditions, or third-party wallet software. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.
9. Service Availability and Force Majeure
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes or from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including outages of Telegram, TON, or upstream cloud providers, network attacks, government action, natural events, or other comparable causes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) EUR 100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR OUR INTENTIONAL OR GROSSLY NEGLIGENT WRONGDOING).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Deactivation, Deletion and Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
- You may temporarily deactivate your account from the Service's settings. While deactivated, your profile and content are hidden from other users; the underlying data is preserved so the account can be restored. Reactivation is automatic the next time you sign in.
- You may permanently delete your account from the Service's settings or by contacting us. Deletion removes your profile and personal identifiers, subject to retention required by law and the rules in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, Telegram's rules, or applicable law.
- Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation first. Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected, and consumers may also bring proceedings before the courts of their habitual residence to the extent required by such mandatory rules.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or the Telegram bot at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with the documents referenced in Section 20, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior versions.
17. Telegram Mini App framing and jurisdictional scope
Wall is provided exclusively as a Telegram Mini App and a complementary Telegram bot. All sign-in, messaging delivery, and payment flows are routed through Telegram's infrastructure. The Service is operated outside the Russian Federation, and personal data is processed in the European Union.
Wall is not directed at users in any specific national market beyond making the Service available, like Telegram itself, to any Telegram user worldwide. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not consider Wall to be an "information distribution organizer" (организатор распространения информации) within the meaning of Russian Federal Law No. 149-FZ, a foreign person within the scope of the "landing" requirements of Federal Law No. 236-FZ, or an entity performing primary processing of Russian residents' personal data on the territory of the Russian Federation under Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The relationship between Telegram and the authorities of any particular country is governed by Telegram's own terms and is outside the scope of this agreement.
No admissions. Nothing in these Terms is, or shall be construed as, an admission of jurisdiction, applicability of any specific national law, or any factual circumstance. We reserve all defences available to us under applicable law.
18. Service Operator
G MEDIA PARTNERS EUROPE d.o.o.
Starine Novaka 23, Beograd, Republika Srbija

When Wall expands beyond the Telegram Mini App format into a standalone product, the operator of that standalone product will be a separate company incorporated in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Until that company is incorporated and the standalone product is launched, the operator of the Service is G MEDIA PARTNERS EUROPE d.o.o. We will publish the Dubai entity's details and the operator change in these Terms before any change takes effect, and we will give existing users at least 30 days' notice.
